proposta de monitoramento e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade bucal na Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria \u00e0 Sa\u00fade<\/strong>. Desenvolvido por pesquisadores da UFMG, tem <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">como objetivos qualificar e promover<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> a efici\u00eancia no cuidado aos usu\u00e1rios do Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O MonitoraSB est\u00e1 em andamento desde 2017 e surge a partir da necessidade de elaborar indicadores com os dados produzidos rotineiramente nos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade bucal <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">da<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> APS.\u00a0 A equipe criou ferramentas tecnol\u00f3gicas que integram dados estrat\u00e9gicos provenientes da estrat\u00e9gia e-SUS APS e do Sistema de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o em Sa\u00fade para a Aten\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica (SISAB): a <\/span><b>Matriz Avaliativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, composta por 54 indicadores; o <\/span><b>Painel Digital Interativo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, que apresenta dados em gr\u00e1ficos, tabelas e mapas; e a <\/span><b>Calculadora de Indicadores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, que possibilita \u00e0s equipes <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">de Sa\u00fade Bucal <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">locais (eSB) calcular alguns indicadores com autonomia. Tamb\u00e9m desenvolveram o <strong>Dicion\u00e1rio de Indicadores<\/strong> para auxiliar na interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados de monitoramento obtidos pelas equipes em cada indicador.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Outro foco fundamental do projeto \u00e9 implementar essas ferramentas ao trabalho di\u00e1rio de gestores e profissionais de sa\u00fade, envolvendo a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de equipes, adapta\u00e7\u00e3o aos contextos locais e cria\u00e7\u00e3o de rotinas de uso das ferramentas digitais. As inova\u00e7\u00f5es desenvolvidas pelo MonitoraSB auxiliam gestores e as eSB a identificarem \u00e1reas de melhoria, promovendo decis\u00f5es baseadas em evid\u00eancias e otimizando a qualidade dos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade bucal na APS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A equipe conduz a Pesquisa de Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o, um estudo quase-experimental baseado nos princ\u00edpios da Ci\u00eancia da Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o, que utiliza abordagens mistas visando avaliar o processo e os efeitos da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o. O MonitoraSB j\u00e1 \u00e9 uma realidade em Minas Gerais e prepara-se para expandir seu territ\u00f3rio, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">alcan\u00e7ando<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: MonitoraSB, a partir da pesquisa conduzida em munic\u00edpios de Minas Gerais. O grupo identificou facilitadores e as barreiras para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do MonitoraSB e desenvolveu estrat\u00e9gias de forma colaborativa entre equipe de pesquisadores e participantes para viabilizar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o nos munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n<p>Entre as abordagens da Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o, destacam-se a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Caderno de Estrat\u00e9gias para a Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e os espa\u00e7os formativos, como o <strong>Curso MonitoraSB<\/strong>, as tutorias oferecidas por pesquisadores volunt\u00e1rios e a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de dois <strong>Ciclos de Aprendizados<\/strong> com gestores e profissionais.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O MonitoraSB \u00e9 um projeto de <\/span><b>colabora\u00e7\u00e3o multic\u00eantrico <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">e tamb\u00e9m se constr\u00f3i com o trabalho coletivo dos grupos de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As<\/span><b> Refer\u00eancias Locais (RL)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> s\u00e3o <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">l\u00edderes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> de equipe, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">que s\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> respons\u00e1veis pela coordena\u00e7\u00e3o local da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do MonitoraSB. Os <\/span><b>Gestores Municipais de Sa\u00fade Bucal<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">s\u00e3o atores<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que apoiam as RL e articulam recursos necess\u00e1rios para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito municipal. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m as<\/span> <b>equipes de Sa\u00fade Bucal (eSB)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, formada<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> por cirurgi\u00f5es-dentistas, auxiliares e t\u00e9cnicos em sa\u00fade bucal. As eSB s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por incorporar o MonitoraSB em suas rotinas de trabalho e contribuem para a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto do projeto, atrav\u00e9s do uso das ferramentas digitais e participa\u00e7\u00e3o em grupos focais.
