{"id":3926,"date":"2016-03-04T16:47:30","date_gmt":"2016-03-04T19:47:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.odonto.ufmg.br\/cenex\/?p=3926"},"modified":"2016-03-04T16:47:30","modified_gmt":"2016-03-04T19:47:30","slug":"tutorial-implementacao-da-bolsas-de-extensao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.odonto.ufmg.br\/cenex\/ata\/tutorial-implementacao-da-bolsas-de-extensao\/","title":{"rendered":"TUTORIAL IMPLEMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DAS BOLSAS DE EXTENS\u00c3O"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_hr-ee2847e2e025ce3d30801259a03f9fd4\">\n#top .hr.hr-invisible.av-av_hr-ee2847e2e025ce3d30801259a03f9fd4{\nheight:10px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='hr av-av_hr-ee2847e2e025ce3d30801259a03f9fd4 hr-invisible  avia-builder-el-0  el_before_av_textblock  avia-builder-el-first '><span class='hr-inner '><span class=\"hr-inner-style\"><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-0366cc7376be6c9e82a3e9cc8987b64f '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>TUTORIAL<\/p>\n<p>Os bolsistas selecionados dever\u00e3o ser indicados no <a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.ufmg.br\/idp\/login.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\">Sistema de Fomento<\/a> da extens\u00e3o pelo orientador:<\/p>\n<p><strong>O prazo para indica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 do dia 15 de fevereiro ao dia 15 de mar\u00e7o de 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As bolsas ter\u00e3o dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 12 meses, iniciam-se em mar\u00e7o do ano vigente e terminam em fevereiro do ano seguinte ou at\u00e9 a perman\u00eancia do aluno(a) no Projeto.<\/p>\n<p>PROCEDIMENTOS:<\/p>\n<p>1\u00ba PASSO: O aluno dever\u00e1 acessar o <a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.ufmg.br\/idp\/login.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\">Sistema de Fomento<\/a> da extens\u00e3o com seu login e senha do minhaufmg para cadastrar seu usu\u00e1rio no sistema.<\/p>\n<p>2\u00ba PASSO: Ap\u00f3s efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o do cadastro pelo aluno, o orientador tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e1 acessar o <a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.ufmg.br\/idp\/login.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\">Sistema de Fomento<\/a> da extens\u00e3o com seu login e ir na aba \u201cBolsistas\u201d, depois \u201cIndica\u00e7\u00e3o de bolsistas\u201d, deve selecionar o edital, clicar em \u201cIndicar bolsista\u201d, em seguida \u201cDefinir bolsista\u201d, logo em seguida clicar na op\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cBuscar\u201d. O sistema exibir\u00e1 na tela a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de alunos cadastrados, no campo em aberto abaixo da op\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cNome\u201d, o orientador dever\u00e1 digitar o nome do aluno que ser\u00e1 bolsista e em seguida pressionar \u201cEnter\u201d. O nome do aluno ser\u00e1 mostrado abaixo, feito isso, clicar na seta verde (abaixo de \u201cselecione\u201d e ao lado do nome do bolsista) para indicar esse aluno, em seguida o sistema voltar\u00e1 para a tela anterior. Finalizar o procedimento clicando em \u201cGravar\u201d, na sequ\u00eancia o sistema ir\u00e1 mostrar o termo de compromisso do orientador, leia o termo e clique em \u201cSim\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>3\u00ba PASSO: O\u00a0 aluno dever\u00e1 retornar ao <a href=\"https:\/\/sistemas.ufmg.br\/idp\/login.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\">Sistema de Fomento<\/a> e fazer o preenchimento dos dados banc\u00e1rios (Lembrando que dever\u00e1 ser conta corrente do Banco do Brasil) e concordar com o termo de compromisso, <strong>obedecendo o prazo do dia 15 de mar\u00e7o de 2015 (A PROEX n\u00e3o efetua pagamento retroativo de bolsas.)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>OBS: Os bolsistas da modalidade PBEXT A\u00e7\u00e3o Afirmativa dever\u00e3o anexar documento comprobat\u00f3rio (Declara\u00e7\u00e3o da FUMP) para esse tipo de bolsa, isso ser\u00e1 cobrado a partir de
